The guest making the booking must be 21 or older and must be part of the group staying. The booking guest is responsible for all guests during the stay, including the full cost of replacing any item lost or damaged, any repairs for damage during the booking period, and any fees assessed to the owner for violation of association rules. No more than 4 people in the condo at any time, whether staying overnight or visiting. Our city vacation rental permit limits occupancy to 4. Violating this can result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. We use common area security cameras and noise monitoring devices to verify guest count. Anyone in the condo between 10 PM and 8 AM is considered an overnight guest and subject to the unauthorized guest fee. Please be respectful of others in the building by keeping noise to a reasonable level between 10 PM and 8 AM. During those hours there should be minimal activity in the halls, and noise inside the condo should be at normal speaking volume or below. No smoking in the condo or on the patio. Nothing may be draped over the patio railing, including towels. This generates a fine from the association. Trash should be taken to the chute as needed. Local guests must contact us before booking. Shared amenities like the pool, hot tub, and gym cannot be guaranteed. The pool and hot tub are seasonal and can close with little notice for maintenance. We do not maintain a lost and found. Items left behind will be returned if requested within 24 hours, for a $15 fee plus shipping. Any violation that results in a refund or discount to another guest will be the responsibility of the guest who committed the violation.
